Parade Committee | Riverside Kindergarten  

The Kindergarten was arranging a float for the Kamo Christmas Parade at the time that the carpark redevelopment took place and the Kindy was particularly busy, we had also planned to access the site with a crane truck and assemble the float there. We were really impressed with how co-operative the team were that worked with Mr Bowers and the way they demonstrated consideration to accommodate our comings and goings and the general interest of the children.

The fact that Mr Bowers took a friendly interest and we were able to work things around what they required and vice versa made for a successful outcome when there could have been difficulties.

Any building project undertaken in the winter months incurs hold-ups due to inclement weather and we have experienced our share of these with our Age Concern project.

Observing your workmen going about their tasks regardless of any adverse conditions has really impressed us all. Your crew have consistently worked industriously and it's been a pleasure to see them getting on with the job.

We contracted Robinson Asphalts to construct the car park for our new professional rooms. I was under the misconception that Asphalt and Concreting Contractors were casual in their approach. How wrong I was! Robinson Asphalts were extremely professional in their approach to the job, meticulous in planning and execution of the ground preparation and hotmixing of the car park. The staff were helpful and flexible to any requests for alterations made during the process. The firm and workers went beyond the contracted job description to ensure that the finished product was of the highest standard.

We were so impressed by the work done by Robinson Asphalts at our rooms, that we contacted them to prepare and concrete our home drive with aggregate. More recently, we contact Robinson Asphalts to concrete the driveway at work. On both occasions, we were thrilled with the final product and Robinson's commitment to a professional job - from pre-planning; through the execution of the work; and willingness to go that step further, beyond the contract, to ensure a top final creation.
